Is it okay to end camp early?
Yes, as long as you give the campers time to "free skate" at the end.

It depends on the day. Some days end early, others are a little late. It's chill so long as it's not more than 10 minutes on either end.
Can staff or volunteers be alone with a camper, outside of plain sight of others? Examples: go to the bathroom together or go in a deep bowl together
