Safe Work Habit Observations PCI

Conducting Safe Work Habit Observations help keep our colleagues safe on the job. Please give a brief explanation of any NO answers. Upload photos demonstrating work habits in the booth, at the kiosk, pre-tripping and getting on or off the shuttle or bus, traversing the parking lot or yard, going up stairs or steps, handling any type of equipment or object, wearing proper PPE’s. The goal is to catch our people working safely. Should they fail on any of the safe habits below, take a minute to coach the safe method. Conduct 2 SWHO per week. The GM will conduct one and a Supervisor will conduct one.
