You acknowledge that book orders will ONLY BE SHIPPED IN BUNDLES OF 10 (NO individual book orders will be processed). In addition you agree that the investment listed includes: book order cost, book order taxes, paypal processing fees, shipping fees, and processing fees. You acknowledge all shipping from Amazon is the responsiblity of Amazon and that any delays in shipping is an Amazon issue; all orders will be emailed to co-authors for verification of orders with shipping confirmation and tentative arrival date. Co-authors are responsible for maintaining receipt of purchase. Co-authors are responsible for the pricing of their books to the public once they are received. Co-authors are responsible for promoting, marketing, and campaigning etc for their book. Any questions or assistance needed in marketing or event planning would be a coaching consultantant and should be booked with Dr. Reid directly with upon receipt of coaching consultantion investment.
