Social Media Account Authorization Form
This form is used to request to create or update an official Thomas More social media account as defined in the Social Media Policy. This authorization is in effect until revoked in writing or employee/student separation from the University. The form will be submitted to the Public Relations/Communications Office and approval must be received before the social media account may be created or updated. The Public Relations/Communications Office must approve the removal of any official Thomas More social media accounts.
