Program Ad Sponsorship Form

CYT Portland produces professional quality musical theater with a cast of kids, ages 8-18, and the support of their parents. Each show costs between $25,000 to $35,000 to stage. Program Ad Sponsorships are one of the ways we cover this cost. By buying an ad in our program you are supporting quality theater for kids, created in a positive, faith-friendly environment.

We produce a professional keepsake quality program for each show. While the bulk of the program is devoted to the cast and the production, we reserve pages for community advertising.

For the CYT Portland 2022-2023 season we have 3 opportunities for you to advertise and support the shows. Refer to the options below.

Please note that you may purchase an ad for any one or all of the three available shows this season.

Terms and Conditions:

• Payment must be received to reserve ad space.
• Your ad must fit the dimensions listed above for ad type selected.
• Only .pdf, .jpg, and .png are accepted.
• Except for Cover and Inside cover, Ad placement is determined by CYT.
• All ads are subject to CYT Approval.
• Program styles may change at the discression of CYT Portland and are not subject to approval from advertisers.
• Each Ad buyer receives complementary tickets as listed above.
• Complementary tickets are subject to ticket availability.
• Coupon Codes for these tickets will be emailed to the above listed email address once ad details are finalized and payment is received.
• Request to pay by check may be submitted to jlippert@cytportland.org to verify ad space availability and purchase process.
• If paying by check, mail check payable to CYT Portland to P.O. Box 1328, Tualatin, OR 97062 after ad selection avaialability is verified.
