By submitting this application you accept that you have read all information provided to our vedors on the Vendor Information page of our website in regards to the costs, set up and location. You understand that this is event will be held in a hertiage building and will respect the building and surrounding environment. Should you be accepted, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total booth fee will be required within 24 hours of acceptance. The remainder of your booth fees will be due September 1st, 2022.
All vendors will be required to comply with any current COVID-19 safety protocols and all Fraser Health guidlines. The Vintage Harvest Sale, its co-ordinators, Amanda Upton and Kathryn Dolphin, and their volunteers are not held liabable for any theft, loss or damage to any property while at the Vintage Pasture Sale.
