The Idaho Lives Project (ILP) is pleased to offer Legacy Schools the opportunity to receive up to $500 to support peer led Sources of Strength campaigns during the 2022/2023 school year.
These mini grants are made available on behalf of a generous donation from the former Suicide Prevention Action Network of Idaho (SPAN Id), Region IV.
Eligibility and Selection of Schools:
Only schools in their 3rd year or more of Sources of Strength may apply.
Schools are limited to one grant per school year.
Peference will be given to first-time applicants.
Requirements and Other Information:
We stongly suggest you solict input from your Peer Leader team about the campaign selection and planning process, and submit an application that reflects their ideas.
You can select to implement a Sources templated campaign or get creative and design your own campaign. Just make sure your campaign aligns with the Sources philosophy and follows the hope, help, and strength-based messaging guidelines.
We recommend reviewing chapters 3 and 4 of your Adult Advisor Field Guide for ideas and guidance before submitting your application.
Allocated funds must be used for the intended campaign detailed in the application.
An itemized budget must be submitted with your application.
If approved, you are required to submit a follow up summary detailing the positive impact and number of people reached by the campaign. Pictures are encouraged but are not required. The summary is due within six (6) month following the event.
