The following agreement is between Gold Skull Ltd and the Business Owner and constitutes a binding contract between Gold Skull Ltd and the individual/business executing the signature page of this agreement.
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of your trade account with us.
The agreement, privileges and obligations commence when the trade account has been approved by Gold Skull Ltd as of the agreement date.
Gold Skull Ltd referred to as (we, us, our) are Gold Skull Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2 4NE. Registration number: 13944264
Business Owner shall be known and referred to as (you, your) are the name and address of the person outlined above under Business Owner.
You Agree:
1.1 That you are operating as a business
1.2 That you have public liability insurance
1.3 Products purchased are for business use only
1.4 To promote our products and make reference to our products on your social media channels when they have been used (this could be a simple hashtag or @ to @goldskulldetailing or #goldskullwax #glossandgowax
1.5 That you will not share your unique code
1.6 Your code will be used solely by your company
1.7 Not to share details of any discounts, reduced prices or special offers you receive to anyone as a result of this trade agreement.
1.8 Not to share the details of this trade agreement with anyone
1.9 Not to resell our product unless provided with explicit consent to do so. Any resale of product must be agreed under separate terms and conditions with us prior to sale
2.0 To indemnify Gold Skull Ltd against any damage(s) to property or persons as a result of using our products inappropriately or for purposes the product was not intended for. This includes accidents and negligence.
2.1 Not to post, advertise, use or promote our products that could be seen in a discriminative or negative way or bring us into disrepute
2.2 If you breech these terms and conditions, that you will be held liable for your actions and we may bring legal proceedings against you.
We Agree:
2.3 To provide you with a trade account
2.4 To provide you with a unique code(s) that will enable you to access discounts and reduced priced products and items
2.5 To provide you with support and guidance on how to use our products if requested
Notice & Termination
You can terminate this agreement with immediate affect by putting a request in writing to support@gold-skull.co.uk stating that you would like to terminate your Trade Agreement with us.
Upon termination, any obligations within this agreement will cease with exception to clause 2.1 "Not to post, advertise, use or promote our products that could be seen in a discriminative or negative way or bring us into disrepute" which will remain in affect for a period of 36 months from the date of termination.
We will respond to your request for termination within 14 days advising that the code has been revoked and confirming termination of this agreement.
We will use the information submitted on this form to assist with the process of setting up a trade account.
We may request further information which could include proof of your public liability insurance.
If approved, you will be notified in writing and provided with a unique code which can be used to access discounts, special offers and trade prices upon checkout.
This agreement takes affect from the date you are approved and notified in writing.
Any information submitted will be kept in accordance with our GDPR & Privacy policy a copy of which can be found on www.gold-skull.co.uk
