Order form for Installment Payment Method
Greetings!
This form will serve as an order form as well as a contract that can be filled up by customers who chose installment as the payment method for their order.
TERMS AND CONDITION:
The installment has
zero interest.
Customers can order as many items as possible in one single form.
Customers must pay a
10% down payment
of the total payment to reserve the item/s stated in the order form within three (3) days after receiving a confirmation email. Failure to do so will automatically cancel the order.
The terms of installment will depend on the capacity of the customer to pay however, the order is
payable for up to three (3) months
.
There will be a fixed payment however, customers may
pay in any amount per scheduled payment
. In case the payment is lower than the agreed fixed payment, the remaining will carry over to the next scheduled payment.
Customers
can skip payments
as long as they will be able to pay within three (3) months.
Order can't be canceled.
In case the order is needed to be canceled, there will be a 3% (of the total payment) charge.
The order will be shipped out once the payment has been fulfilled.
The final payment will be made via shopee checkout.
