Terms and Conditions

As a Big Kid Events approved vendor you must comply with the below requirements:

1. All employees have completed the required Covid 19 training.
   
   
2. Comply with the Food Act 08 and Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
   
   
3. Ensure all equipment is compliant to Australian Standards.
   
   
4. Ensure all electrical equipment is tested and tagged.
   
   
5. Provide up to date licences and insurance certificates of currency.
   
   
6. Maintain proactive relationships and work in collaboration with the event manager and approved vendors.
   
   
7. Promote and demonstrate a positive brand.
   
   
8. Maintain a high standard of customer service.
   
   
9. Provide a unique service to the community.
   
   
10. Maintain a high standard of truck / marquee.
    
    
11. Arrive on time, ready to trade 30mins prior to trade time.
    
    
12. Bring bins and remove waste.
    
    
13. Provide customer tables and chairs.
    
    
14. Bring additional lighting.
    
    
15. Assist with event promotion, share and boost advertising on social media.
    
    
16. We have a no cancellation policy, we won’t cancel events with the exception of unsafe weather, please ensure you have takeaway containers as an option.
