  • Upon reviewing our packages, please fill out the form with details of your event. No payment will be due until confirmation of date and time has been made from Nguzo Babies LLC. Once the request form has been filled out in completion, someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Although Nguzo Babies is based in Atlanta, Georgia, we do travel for out of state performances for which packages will be adjusted for accommodations. Full payment is due upfront for packages under $400. A nonrefundable deposit is required for all bookings over $400. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the scheduled performance.   • Upon hitting the submit button, you understand that no payment will be due until confirmation of date and time has been made from Nguzo Babies LLC. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be sent to be paid for full booking. Booking is not complete until the confirmed invoice is received and payment is made to Nguzo Babies. No exceptions. Full payment is due for packages under $400. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all bookings over $400. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the scheduled performance.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation by Client:

    Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled performance date to receive a credit for the total amount paid, which can be applied to a future performance within one calendar year.
    Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled performance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and any remaining balance will be due.
    In the event of a cancellation, clients may choose to reschedule the performance within one calendar year of the original date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.


    Cancellation by Nguzo Babies:

    Nguzo Babies reserves the right to cancel the performance due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, severe weather conditions, or other emergencies.
    In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and any amounts paid will be credited toward a future performance, as per the client's preference.
    Force Majeure:

    Nguzo Babies shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

    Setup Access: Performers will have reasonable access for setup one hour prior to the performance start time. The client agrees to accommodate any necessary arrangements for parking and other logistical needs to ensure a smooth setup process.

    Liability Agreement

    By registering for and/or participating in Nguzo Babies events, performances, or activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in any Nguzo Babies event, including but not limited to music and movement classes, puppet shows, mascot meet-and-greets, and performances, involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may result from participation in these events.


    Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Nguzo Babies, its owner, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in any event or activity.


    Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency during participation in an event, you authorize Nguzo Babies staff or contractors to seek emergency medical care on your behalf, and you agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result.


    Behavior and Supervision: Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children at all times during Nguzo Babies events. Nguzo Babies is not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from the actions of participants or lack of supervision.

    Media Release:

    By signing this agreement, the client grants Nguzo Babies permission to take photos and videos during the performance for promotional purposes. Clients who prefer not to be photographed or filmed must notify Nguzo Babies in writing prior to the performance.


    Acknowledgment of Terms: By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability agreement.
