    Behavioural Preference

    Self-evaluation
  • DISC is a highly beneficial tool to assist us in recognising differences between people. It helps us understand ourselves and others better. By accepting, respecting, and adapting to these differences we build relationships and influence.

There is no right or wrong profile; your profile may differ in a home and a workplace environment, and it may change over time.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

This self-evaluation contains 45 groups of four statements. Answer honestly and spontaneously (and not what you believe the answer should be - there are no right or wrong answers). As a guideline, it should take you around 10-15 minutes to complete.

    • Study all the descriptions in each group of four
    • Select the one sentence that you think describes you BEST
    • If you have difficulties to decide, just make the best selection you can
    • Once you submit your responses, you will see the weighting for your behavioural styles.
    • If you complete this evaluation in preparation for a group training session or leadership coaching, make a screenshot or print the result for your reference.

If applicable, we may provide you with a detailled profile report, and share the findings with your employer.

Please contact us at info@profoundleadership.com.au if you experience any challenges.
