Seller Terms 1 - Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price, Fees:

Buyer will pay a deposit of $500, which will be deducted from the purchase price agreed upon ($1,500). In either event, Seller shall be free to sell the Dog to another party, if concerns arise that the dog will be mistreated. Due to the fact that life sometimes just happens, in the event that the Dog is not available due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance owing to the fault of Seller, Buyer’s deposit will, at Buyer’s option, be either refunded, or transferred to the next litter of puppies.

2. Transfer of Ownership and Registration:

Upon payment in full of the Purchase Price of $1,500 Seller shall promptly take all actions required to officially transfer ownership and registration (if any) of the Dog to Buyer.

3. Seller’s Representations and Warranties:

Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that: Seller is the legal and true owner of the Dog and that Seller has full right and authority to sell the Dog. The Dog is being sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge or other other encumbrance. The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale.  This Guarantee does NOT cover Cherry eye, Entropion, Ectropion, Allergies, undescended testicles, Stenotic nares, elongated soft pallet, umbilical hernia, dermatitis, demodectic mange, or any parasites that might arise after Go-Home Day. Both the dam and sire have had genetic tests and clearances, along with OFA hip and elbow clearance for the dam and Penn Hip clearance scans for the sire. This does not guarentee that the puppy/Dog will not develop hip or join issues, but does prove the Dog comes from a very healthy genetic line. Seller will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization.  To ensure that Buyer does not euthanize the Dog or take it to an animal shelter, Seller will take the Dog back at any time during the Dog’s lifetime, to Sagey Acres Farmette and Labs. Seller will not issue a refund or provide another Dog to Buyer unless the Dog’s return was a result of any misrepresentation on the part of seller with respect to the Dog’s health.   

By signing this application and contract, I agree to all of the above, while also understanding the following:

*My spot to reserve my puppy is not ratifed until I pay the deposit of $500 via Venmo to Erin Lowrie while using the following Venmo handle: @Erin-Lowrie-1

*All of Sagey Acres Farmette and Labs puppies will receive their six weeks vaccination and de-worming from our Certified Veterinarian. Any puppies that are adopted after 9 weeks of age will also receive their second round of vaccinations. (Sagey Acres Farmette and Labs highly recommends that all puppies receive a Lymes vaccination and following boosters. Please ask your vet about it.)

*Sagey Acres Farmette and Labs will pay for the litter registration, but it will be up to me to submit the AKC registration form given to me and pay the individual registration fee for my puppy. This must be done before the puppy's first birthday. 

*All the information I have given is true and complete. This dog will reside in my home as a pet. I will provide it with quality dog food, plenty of fresh water, indoor shelter, affection, and annual physical examination and vaccinations under the supervision of a licensed Veterinarian.
