Badminton Australia International Badminton Competition Entry Request

Please request entry into International Competitions by completing the form below.
PLEASE NOTE:
- From 1 March 2025, a $10 admin fee will apply to all overseas international entry requests unless you are a current Junior, Senior, or Para Falcon player or a BA approved/selected "International Player" who has signed an International Player Agreement with BA.
- From 1 march 2025, all entry requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the entry deadline listed on the BWF website / event prospectus.
- In the case of refunding the $10 admin fee due to error or duplicate form submissions, please note that the refund will be minus the payment processing fee. You will not be refunded if the form is submitted less than 5 business days prior to the BWF entry deadline.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING:

International competition entry requests must be submitted during standard business hours being Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm AEST (Melbourne/Canberra/Sydney).

Entry requests submitted outside of these hours, may not be processed until the following business day.

It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure entry requests are submitted well ahead of entry deadlines to ensure the entry can be processed on time. Badminton Australia takes no responsibility for entry requests that are submitted late or outside of business hours and which therefore may result in an entry not being submitted.

For International Representation events such as Oceania Championships and World Senior Championships, it is the athlete's responsibility to check that they are eligible to compete under BWF's regulations and in the tournament prospectus. All costs incurred for removing an entry of an ineligible athlete will be passed onto that individual.
