Bias Incident Form

The purpose of this form is to collect bias incidents impacting DIS students.

Please provide your contact information below so we can identify how to best support you. DIS staff will follow up within three business days.

While you may choose to submit an anonymous report, this will limit our ability to assess, take action, and provide support to anyone involved. For more information about the DIS bias process, please visit the bias incident webpage.

Note: This form is not intended for emergencies or to receive immediate support. If your immediate safety is being threatened and/or you would like to report a crime, please report crimes to the Danish Police or the Swedish Police.
