SNAP! Playing for Change Concert 2022 (August 10th) requires a detailed list of exactly what vendors will be selling, as well as proof of insurance and permits for food vendors. SNAP! Playing for Change concert organizers will assign a suitable location to each vendor based on requirements within the venue. All vendors must supply their own tent or booth at the event.

A "self-contained unit" is defined as: a unit, which has been inspected, pre-approved by a building inspector, to supply or sell specified merchandise or product. The unit must be portable and equipped with all required appliances.*

*All electrical requirements MUST be specified below. * Vendors must supply their own extension cords and potable water hoses regardless of on-site location.
Please note: The electrical system on site is limited. There is no 3-phase power available. All deep fryers must be propane-fired units – no electrical fryers will be allowed. Air conditioning is not to be used.Electricity may be available at an extra cost. All requests must be made on this application form. It is possible that your request may not be approved. If requests have not been included and approved on this contract then additional electricity will not be available. THLA cannot guarantee power to retail vendors (portable, battery powered lights suggested for night time operation).
Please include the amps required for each item, as well as types of plugs/connections.
All electrical requirements MUST be specified below. All equipment, extension cords, water hoses, and electrical safety mats must be provided by the vendor. List all equipment you will use that requires electricity.

Fee structure

This may be subject to change. NOTE: Vendors will NOT be allowed to set up until 100% of their vendor fee is paid.
$500 + HST - Retailers Vendor 10' x 10'$550 + HST - Food Vendor 10' x 10' (includes access to hydro)$700 + HST - Food Vendor 10' x 20' (includes access to hydro)

Payment will be processed only upon approval. You will be contacted by an event organizer for authorization to process payment if your application is approved. Submission of your application does not guarantee a confirmed space.
