  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH US!

    We require a $100 deposit to book, you may leave a larger deposit if you would like. 

    Your booking fee will be used towards the price of your tattoo. If your tattoo is a large multi-session piece it will be applied to the price of the final session. This booking fee is only good towards the tattoo you are booking for. If you want to make any drastic design changes or change your idea completely, your appointment may be canceled, and you may be asked to submit your new idea on our next open booking day.

  • **BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

    Please leave early enough to account for any possible traffic, parking, etc. These are not excuses, proper time management is required.


    Our address is 9 Morgantown Street Uniontown PA 15401. There is a parking garage right around the corner. The shop says SELF CARE TATTOO CO very large on the window. We have two buildings on this block, please make sure you go to the correct one. Our other building says SELF CARE CLOTHING.


    If you do not show up for your appointment, do not give one weeks notice that you need to reschedule, or if you are more than 15 minutes late your booking fee will be forfeited. You will have to provide another one in order to reschedule your appointment.
    In cases of repeat offenders, you may not be able to book again. 

    Please be sure that your appointment date doesn’t interfere with any family vacations or events that you may have forgotten about. Please don’t plan your tattoo for the week before a beach trip!

    Now that I’ve said that, please contact us immediately if you realize that you’ve done this so we can move your appointment now instead of last minute.

    Re-scheduling an appointment should only be used in cases of emergency, or for reasons that are completely out of your hands. Even with as much as a weeks notice it’s sometimes difficult to fill spots when people cancel or reschedule.

    If you re-schedule your appointment more than once you may be required to provide an additional booking fee on top of the one that you already have.
