  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food / Drink Vendor at Flair Baby and Toddler Market 

    How to apply:

    1. Download Contract & Read through it thoroughly. Available on our website : www.flairmarket.co.za

    2. Complete this Online Vendor Application form.

    YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING IN PDF ON THE FORM

    - PDF Permanent Tshwane Heartfelt COA  or  PDF APPLICATION FOR TEMP/PERM COA (Available to download)

    - PDF Undertaking form (Available to download)

    - PDF Copy of ID Document

     

    3. Once your application is approved please proceed with the payment within 24 hours after you receive confirmation via email.

    4. Send POP to info@flairmarket.co.za. please see new banking details below

     

    Foodtruck, Trailer, Gazebo (Selling either food /drinks only) @R1900

    additional fee if selling both food and drinks

    Small snack/sweet/ stand @ R1600

    COA Fees R1055 (Permanent) or R375 (Temporary)

  • Foodtruck, Trailer, Gazebo (Selling food only) @R1900

    Foodtruck, Trailer, Gazebo (own branded gazebo) are R1900 for the weekend- Vendor that wants to sell food and drinks must first be approved by organizers and an additional fee wil apply.

  • Small snack/sweet/ stand @ R1600

    Smaller snack/sweet stands are R1800 for the weekend. Please see new banking details below

  • Vendors who wish to sell drinks in addition to food must receive prior approval from Flair Organizers, and an additional fee will apply. 

    NOTE: Stand work on first come first serve at venue , when setting up.

    Each Vendor must supply their own tables,groundcovers, chairs, decor, dividers, rails & extensions.

    This applies to old and new vendors. The Logo will be place on our website and product images and write ups will be used to create a Facebook Advert for each vendor. No bad quality images will be used.

  • FLAIR Rules as stated in Contract:

    We would like to host an event that is of high standard to all Vendors and Visitors, we ask that you please make sure you adhere to these important rules.
