By submission of the form below and payment of the application fee I understand the following statements:
1. A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee must accompany this application to proceed with consideration. Further, I understand that submission of this application does not ensure or guarantee my acceptance into The Seabrook Saturday Market.
2. Final approval to sell any products at Seabrook Saturday Market or special events will be subject to a jurying process as well as an on-site inspection. I understand that this application is a preliminary application process. I will provide further information regarding my business including, but not limited to: certifications, licensures, permits, and insurance policies. If you don’t have the ability with your insurance to get coverage, this would be an available option ACT Insurance Program at actinsurance.com.
3. I hereby certify that all products indicated in the above application are produced by my business and I am not a reseller of any product in my product line.
4. I agree to sell only the products that have been approved by Seabrook Land. I agree that if I seek to add products to my product line, they must be pre-approved by the event coordinators.
5. Upon acceptance there will be a $30 "pay as you go" fee due prior to setup at the market or event. Pay as you go will be granted on a first come first serve basis.
6. An additional $10.00 will be assessed if you require a Seabrook tent + $10.00 per table needed per Saturday Market.
7. We require 72 hour written notice and confirmation of receipt of that notice for any cancellations.
8. Payments for booth spaces are non-refundable.
9. Vendors that wish to apply and commit for the entire summer will pay $25.00 per day up front upon approval and are guaranteed the same space each week.
Additional Saturday Market Information
All vendors participating will be expected to do the following:
1. Only sell items that have been approved.
2. No use of the Seabrook name or logo on products for sale.
3. Provide own 10X10 canopies, tables and chairs unless reserved in advance.
4. Park in designated area for vendors.
5. Setup should be completed by 11:00 AM.
6. Someone must be present in booth at all times until 4:00 PM.
7. Notify Seabrook Hospitality by phone or email if you will not be able to make a market that you have signed up for as soon as possible.
8. No call/no show to market will result in forfeit of monies paid.

Set up begins: 9:00 AM
Hours open: 11:00 AM – 4:00PM
Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor event. Be sure to have adequate weather proofing for your booth as well as weights for any 10X10 canopy tents. We have a limited number of canopies and tables available for rent. Seabrook is not responsible for any damages due to unforeseen weather conditions and will only cancel markets due to wind.
I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of Seabrook. Submission of this application is a commitment to Seabrook, if accepted by its representative(s). No refunds will be made for cancellations within 72 hours/3 Days prior to the Event.
I and my representative(s) expressly release and hold harmless the Township of Seabrook and its directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for injury, property damage, or loss which may arise in connection with my participation in any Seabrook Event.
