    • PERIODIZATION FOCUS:
      7U-10U: Foundational agility, coordination, balance, speed
      11U-14U: Transitional Phase between seasons, speed, mechanics of running & moving
      15U-19U: Maintenance prior to HS Soccer and transitional phase from competition
      CUSTOM: Each coach may communicate with Coach Pace to tailor a specific focus for her/his team

      COACH:ATHLETE RATIOS: No more than 20 athletes per session.

      COMBINED SESSIONS: 4v4, 7v7, 9v9 teams may combine team to share expenses, IF the session numbers will not exceed 20 athletes

      COST PER TEAM: $1,000/team/8 week module (approx $6.25 - $7.75 per player/session, covers trainer, program, facility)
      7U-U10: (2016 thru 2013): May combine teams to share expense
      11U-14U: ECNL-RL/EA teams have paid for this within monthly fees, no additional expense
      15U-19U: ECNL-RL/EA teams teams participated in preseason. If these teams choose to participate in the Winter session the team will be assessed $1,00/team/8 week module.
      15U-19U: Non ECNL-RL/EA teams may participate and would pay $1,000/team/8 week module.

      Payment Plans:
      Pay in Full $1,000 (unless your team is using the session covered by the club via ECNL-RL/EA monthly fees).
      Pay Half Deposit $500 - Balance Due by third week of program, prior to Feb 1st.
      Pay Later - Must be approved by John Rhein.
      Club Covered - Some 11U-14U (2012 thru 2009) teams have this covered in their monthly fees.

      The OffSeason Phase

      WSA's Sports Performance Training program fits into the club's overall Periodization Schedule for training all athletes competing in National League Platforms.  

      The phases of the annual cycle are listed below. Your team's training can be customized via our Sports Performance Coaches by contacting your program's director of coaching.

      There are 4 phases of the annual cycle:

      PREP PHASE (July-August) - high volume of physical work 
      MAINTENANCE PHASE (September-November) - tailored in intensity to interface with competition 
      OFFSEASON PHASE (December-March) - intensity increased while competition is low 
      PEAK-to-TRANSITION PHASE (April-June) - volume and intensity adjusted for peak postseason performance, and a gradual transition out of the annual cycle into the active/passive rest phase after last competition 

      Year-round Sports Performance Training is available. If your team wishes to extend their training into one of the other periodization phases,  please be sure to contact one of your directors:

      The Sports Performance Training sessions for the "offseason phase" will begin the week of Jan 9th, and the final session will be the week of Feb 27-Mar 3.  This is the "OffSeason Phase" of the Periodization Schedule. 

      If your team's players are registered via the club's ECNL-RL, PRE-ECNL-RL, or PRE-EA Portals then the team will not be charged.  If your team is not registered via these portals then they will be charged $1,000.  

      There are limited slots available in an effort to maintain quality, and coach:athlete ratios for the sesssions.  If "Sold Out" appears over a session that means the session is booked.  Please select a different option.
