Custom Run Training Program Includes 3+ workouts a week custom catered towards your fitness level and goals and input into Training Peaks allowing coach access to assess your training needs. Programs are done monthly up until the athletes desired event.
Custom Triathlon Training Program 4 Weeks with or without accountability and workout analysis
Stride Analysis for Runners (30 minute session together where video analysis is taken, form is spoken about, post session within 24 hours receive a full drawn up custom stride analysis to assist in your running gait for optimum injury prevention and running economy)
Fueling for endurance athletes
