Please choose all that apply (you can add on or change at any time) Training plans are all custom made (please allow 7-14 days before you would like your training plan to start). Your training plan includes App coaching and workouts via Training Peaks Platform and EXCLUSIVE Garmin discounts on all watch units!
Custom Run Training Program ($109/ 4 weeks) Includes 3+ workouts a week custom catered towards your fitness level and goals and input into Training Peaks allowing coach access to assess your training needs. Programs are done monthly up until the athletes desired event.
Custom Duathlon Training Program 4 Weeks (cost will vary $125+)
Custom Triathlon Training Program 4 Weeks (cost will vary $135+ depending upon race distance)
Stride Analysis for Runners (30 minute session together where video analysis is taken, form is spoken about, post session within 24 hours receive a full drawn up custom stride analysis to assist in your running gait for optimum injury prevention and running economy) - $75
Fueling for endurance athletes
1 on 1 endurance coaching session ($109/ hour) This can be done weekly, monthly, or as needed
