Thank you for booking your Private Paint Party with Paint Party Box. Our goal is to deliver a successful Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience. Booking and Deposit: A deposit is required to book a Private Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the Paint Party. If booking is less than 15 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at booking. Deposit and payment may be remitted easily online at squareup.com/paintpartybox or via cash app. Guests: A minimum of 2 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. You can select to have your party hosted or you can host your own party. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest count is due 10 days before the event. Cost: The cost for a Private Canvas Paint Party is $20 -$30 per painter for a three hour session. This includes getting instruction, and paint supplies for each painter to create the masterpiece. You can select to have PPB host or you can host your own party. There is a additional $35 refundable fee for do it yourself parties. Once all items are returned, a refund will be given within 24 hours. Location: All Parties are held at your location/venue. The host is responsible for providing the venue and securing all details with the selected venue. The host is to provide all necessary tables and chairs for the party and ensure they are set-up at least 1 hour prior to the event start time. The host will also be responsible for ensuring Paint Party Box has access to the venue 1 hour before the event. For travel outside of the New Hanover/Brunswick County area, please inquire about location, prior to booking as travel fees may be assessed. Party Time: Party Times are booked in three hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and it is not completed within session time specified in this contract. Cancellation Policy: If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in writing to Yourpaintpartybox@gmail.com at least 15 days before the Paint Party event. If notice is not given 15 days, prior to the event date, the deposit will be retained by Paint Party Box. Paint Party Box will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however Paint Party Box reserves all rights in unforseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.

Purpose*

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Paint Party Box and the Host/Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add to or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please click to check each term.

Booking Reservations*

Upon your signature as Host/Client, Paint Party Box will check availability to reserve the date/time above, and will not book another event for that date/time. For this reason, the Deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled in writing as outlined above. The Deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract and is applied towards the contracted Paint Party total cost (minimum $100 for 10 painters). Host/Client understands and agrees that the entire balance owed for the Paint Party total cost described in the contract is due 10 days before the day of the event. Host/Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, Paint Party Box will not hold event, with a loss of Deposit by Host/Client and no liability to Paint Party Box

Cooperation of Guests and Other Service Providers*

The Host/Client is responsible for the conduct of the guest and coordination with other service providers as necessary to organize your event as scheduled. The Host/ Client should share the Paint Party schedule with other service providers to make sure that there are no conflicts with times. Paint Party Box and its employees will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior. Unchecked guest conduct that interferes with the Paint Party instruction will seriously affect the quality of experience that Paint Party Box strives to provide. If the Host/Client is unable to control the conduct of guests or if the conduct of any event guest damages any of the equipment of Paint Party Box, it will result in the early or immediate end of the event and departure of Paint PartyBox. The Host/Client understands that in such an event, no refund will be given.

Deposit and Payment*

The Host/Client agrees that the Deposit is required at the time of signing the contract and the outstanding balance is due 10 days before the Paint Party Event. There is a $25 charge to the Host/Client for payments returned by the bank for any reason. Payment must be remitted online at squareup.com/i/paintpartybox

Right of Withdrawal*

Paint Party Box's discovery of new information, changes, or other factors tending to circumvent its policies could result in its withdrawal. Non cooperation; change of locations, facilities or times available, late payments are examples of contributing factors. Should Paint Party Box initiate the withdrawal, all fees and deposits will be returned. We do not accept checks.

Acknowledgement of Host/Client*

By signing this contract below, I the host/client acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this contract. I further acknowledge that I must pay for the minimum number of attendees required and will be charged accordingly. Paint Party Box will not be responsible for liability of guest behavior and safety, or safety in relation to the consumption of food or alcohol. My credit card or method of payment will be charged according to this contract.
