How to apply:

1. Download the Spoilt Service Provider Agreement on our website if you have not

received it & please read thoroughly. https://www.spoiltevents.co.za

2. Complete this Online Workshop Application form.

3. Spoilt will then send a final confirmation email once the application is approved.

4. Final confirmation email will include dates and times agreed on by both parties.

There is 2-3 small halls at Stadio on the Second floor (Lift and stairs available to acces second floor)

Halls can accommodate from 15-50 ladies.

R1200 payable to Spoilt Events to host workshop as per Service Provider Contract.

The R1200 includes:

- venue

- tables +chairs

- design

- marketing

- event creation

- admin of bookings

- staff to help clean before and after workshop
Cost per workshop attendee

Please note that the workshops will be held at the festival were there will be food and drinks available. Each ticket sold will include entrance to the event. Cost from the Service/Workshop provider should include all necessary material for the workshop.

SETUP CAN BE DONE IN 40MIN PRIOR TO WORKSHOP.CLEANUP TO BE DONE IN 20MIN AFTER WORKSHOP IS COMPLETED .NO TRAILERS TO BE STORED ON PREMISES WITHOUT ARRANGEMENT.NO SMOKING INSIDE BUILDINGS, USE ALLOCATED SMOKING AREASUSE ALLOCATED VENDOR PARKING AREATHE COST TO HOST A WORKSHOP WILL BE R1200 (non-refundable)

Payment
Spoilt can give updates on how many tickets have sold for your workshop up to date when needed.

Spoilt will do the first payment for the amount of tickets that sold up to date 4 weeks before the event and a final payment for the outstanding tickets after the completion of the workshop.
