All meats are uncooked to be prepared at home. We will do our best to meet the weight that we have listed, however size/weight may vary. DON’T FORGET TO GRAB OUR FINISHING BUTTERS WITH YOUR STEAKS. HOUSE MADE BUTTERS LOCATED IN THE "ENHANCEMENTS" SECTION.
