This form is to collect requirements from all external teams for their required reports from Data Team.
Note: Following is the expected time to accomplish a Data Request Form:

- 2 to 3 working days for List Requests
- 4 to 5 working days for Adhoc Reports
- 2 to 3 weeks for Dashboard Reports

If there are multiple reports from the same department, this time may be extended.
