Policies and Fees
Cancellation and No Shows/Late Arrivals
Your appointment is very important, however it is understandable that any possible adjustments will be made. Respectfully, it is requested that all cancellations or rescheduling should be done 24 hours before initial appointment. Please notify by email or phone number (receive through Andrea) to cancel. Late Arrivals can affect the quality of the service, it is best to keep in mind that both the artist and the client must agree on a timely manner. Any further circumstances can be resolved by reaching the same contact information.
Earliest time service 4:30 am and on.
There is a 5+ Travel fee for any services outside of Lawndale, CA. There is no fee when free beauty services are involved.
Refunds and Client Satisfaction
Your experience as a client is most important for this service. I do not require a deposit unless you are a first time client. Unfortunately there are no deposit refunds or final total refunds at the end of your service. If there are any further issues, please contact within 24 hours after the service for client satisfaction resolutions.
All Clients please remember that it is your responsibility to remember and keep track of your appointment time and date in order to avoid cancellations. It is the beauty artists’ responsibility only to show up and do the work.
Payments/Discounts
Again, a deposit is required for new clients. You may pay the entire service upon requests, be aware the full amount will be returned minus the deposit.
ZELLE/CASH/VENMO/CASHAPP
Discounts are only allowed on Andrea's approval most of which are offered to those with disabilities and elderly.
