The DONOR is responsible for initiating the ACH Transfer with their bank, typically through online banking via "external transfer." Once an ACH interest form has been submitted and received by the office administrator of McKnight Crossings (MX), a followup email with MX's bank account and routing number will be sent.

It will then be up to the donor to contact their bank, or use online banking, to set up the ACH Direct Deposit payments.
