The Howard County Fair will be held at the Fairgrounds at 2900 Old State Highway 80 in Big Spring, Texas. Patrons can enjoy a carnival, yummy food, goat roping, concerts, a petting zoo, contests, SHOPPING, & more! We appreciate your interest in A Joyful Season shopping expos!
