  • We both know that seeing a new stylist can be scary, so let me help ease your nerves. I'm a consultation master, a blending specialist and I'm not afraid to say that I am a perfectionist! I like to walk my guest through their first booking to ensure we are both confident about the plan. I will take your time navigating your first visit with me and all future appointments to ensure you get exactly what you need at each visit.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    I am committed to providing all of my guests with exceptional service. When a guest cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another guest from being seen. Please notify me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to let me know of any changes or cancellations to avoid any cancelation fees. Because I am a one man show, when someone cancels within this window it doesn't allow me enough time to fill the appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service for the missed appointment and 100% for a no-call no-show. I understand emergencies do come up and will waive up to one incidence per year upon appropriate circumstances. With the repeat of last minute cancelations or missed appointments, privileges of pre-booking any future or online appointments may be forfeited. Thank you for understanding!

    Late Policy: I will be working with limited availability & timing is crucial. If you are late, we may have to forgo part of your service or reschedule altogether. Please be advised that if your appointment is adjusted or rescheduled you may incur the cancellation fees.

    Redo Policy: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.  If you are having trouble with your color or cut, let me know within 14 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct this issue with no additional charge.
