CLASS CONFLICTS

Attendance Policy: If your student will be missing class please email classsupport@firstactkc.org or call the First Act office at 913-681-3318. If your child is not feeling well, please keep them home. There will be no refunds for missed classes.
Please select the dates you are NOT available. NOT means that you will NOT be present at class.*
Please Note: Students are expected to attend all private lessons and studio hours during the entire 14-week session. All communication regarding absences must be done by contacting the Education Director at educationdirector@firstactkc.org

I understand that I will be notified if attendance in classes becomes an issue. Should my child’s class attendance become an issue, I understand that he/she/they is/are subject to being removed from the class or the class "watch night" performance. Special consideration may be granted regarding absences due to illness, family emergency, and/or unforeseen school functions. In these instances, please make requests the Education Director or call the First Act office at 913-681-3318 as promptly as possible for consideration. After two unexcused absences (those not marked on the above conflict sheet), the family will be notified by the Education Director or Class Coordinator.
