MEADOWLAND CONDOMINIUM RENTER PACKAGE
Persuant to the Meadowland Condominium Master Deed dated July 20, 1989, Article XIII, section (c): Units may be leased for use by other than the owners thereof provided (i) the lease Is in writing; (ii) the lease is for not less than the entire unit; (iii) the lease is not for Transient or hotel purposes; (iv) the term of any such lease is no less than thirty (30) Days; (v) such leasing is specifically made subject to the provisions of this Master Deed, the Condominium Association and by-laws and all rules and regulations Issued thereunder and provides that any failure to comply with the terms of such Documents shall be a default of the Condominium association under which he or she Specifically agrees to observe and be bound by the same. Also, pursuant to the amended Rules and Regulations, dated August 7, 2008, Section 1: Unit owners holding their units for rent shall not permit their tenants to have a Pet. This amendment to the Rules and Regulations shall grandfather all exisiting pets As of July 23, 2008. Renters must be given copies of the Master Deed, By-Laws, and especially, the Rules and Regulations of the Meadowland Condominiums. In addition to the Rules and Regulations and the condo documents, tenants must complete the following two forms:
1) Tenant Information Form 2) Rules and Regulations Tenant Acknowledgement Form Remember, your teannts are your responsibility. If they fail to follow the rules of the Condominium Association, you will be held responsible.
