Orders should be booked within 2 week or more of the event to ensure time for design planning. **Additional RUSH FEE of $20.00 per dozen for orders placed less than 2 weeks before the date of pick up may be charged depending on availability.
PAYMENT POLICY: You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required in full upfront so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors, and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your spot on my calendar!
REFUND POLICY: I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies! ***In the event your party is cancelled or postponed the cookies will still be completed and you will be provided freezing instructions. Cookies will remain fresh up to 3 months (or more) when froze properly.
I am unable to do copyright images. I am able to do "inspired" themes and images and can provide example photos if this is something you have in mind.
I cannot copy someone elses work exactly. My designs are my own. I do use pictures provided by customers to give me an idea of what you are looking for so I can create something special just for you.
Designs: Designs are created by me and are based on your requests and inspiration photos. I take into account any perosnalized details, specific shapes and colors. The overall design is artst choice. Every artist has their own stlye. It's best to check out my work to see if my style is right for you. Please visit my facebook or Instagram to do so.
Hand-Made Disclaimer - Cookies are a hand-made product and may include some minor differences. While kept to a minimum, please remember these are delicious, little pieces of art and no two are identical.
Color Accuracy - Colors will be closely matched to your requests, but aren't guaranteed to be 100% accurate due to lighting/picture variations.
Florals - Creating florals requires a very stiff icing. Because of this, the flowers will not have a soft bite like the rest of the cookie. I highly recommend popping off the larger florals before enjoying your cookie.
Pick up times are provided at the time of ordering. I cannot gurantee any changes to these time/dates. I will work with customers to the best of my ability. There are no refunds if you fail to pick up your cookies. Unclaimed cookies will be donated.
