Help label flyers and posters at the Chamber in August. Fun! Coffee! Treats!
Distribute flyers and posters prior to the event: third week of October and in December
Decorate for the Party (Thursday 1/26 from 9 AM to 4 PM)--get one Main Event Ticket for helping.
Decorate for the Party (Friday 1/27 from 9 AM to 1 PM)--get one Main Event Ticket for helping.
Serve at the Kick Off Party Dinner (no serving experience required)--get one Main Event Ticket plus extra raffle tickets for the Sunday drawing.
Set up for the Artists' Faire on Saturday 1/28 from 8 AM to 10 AM and be a greeter from 10 AM to noon.
Greeter/Raffle Ticket Exchange on Saturday 1/28 from 10 AM to 2 PM or 1 PM to 5 PM
Greeter/Raffle Ticket Exchange on Sunday 1/29 from 9 AM to Noon plus one hour clean up. (subject to change)
Deliver Stamps and Flags, etc., to participating businesses right before the festival.
