- the product is marketed or represented as suitable for below 6 months
- the product includes a statement on the importance of continued breastfeeding for up to two years or beyond and the importance of not introducing complementary feeding before 6 months of age
- there is any text or image that undermines breastfeeding
- the product is promoted in healthcare facilities, regardless of age indication
- the labelling and packaging ook similar to breastmilk substitute products(cross-promotion)
