This survey is to learn more about our participants and their experience with the digital skills clubs offered by Incubator13.On behalf of Incubator13, we would greatly appreciate it if you would permit us to ask you some questions about yourself and your experience with our programs. This survey should not take more than 5 minutes. We are collecting information about our participants, general background information of the participant to better understand the community and their needs. As well as their feedback on their experience with the program, to be able to make any changes to improve the programs we offer and keep running with these programs (FOR FREE).
