Hi Parents! Thank you for registering your child for our "Kid's Summer Night". This event is hosted by the God Force Kids department at Lineage Church, on Friday August 7th from 6:30pm-8:30pm. This night will be filled with fun, music, and games. There will also be solid biblical teaching by our God Force Kids Pastor. Immediately after the sermon your kids will be able to participate in fun games and so mcuh more.

Your child must be 5 years of age or older to participate in the games without the assistance of parents. Toddlers are welcome; however, we do ask that parents supervise their toddlers as our Kids department teams will be busy accommodating games for the evening. It's going to be a fun time. We look forward to seeing you and your family at KIDS' NIGHTS.

Medical Authorization-Should it be necessary for my child/children to have medical treatment while participating at this event. I hereby give Lineage Church children's department supervisors permission to use their judgement in obtaining medical services. Permission is given to the doctor's or nurse's to render necessary treatment should my child get injured while playing physical games and activities. I understand that Lineage Church will not be held liable for injuries and/or medical cost and coverage for doctors visits or hospital costs. Such cost is my First Name Last Name full obligation.
