One complimentary conference registration is awarded for each presenter on this form. (max of 2 presenters) Meals served at the conference are NOT included. All travel and lodging are the presenter's responsibility Digital handouts and/or Power Point presentation, if available, will be provided to MEPI to post on the website Paper handouts are the presenter's responsibility MEPI does not supply computers and you must bring your own computer to use with Kiawah's projectors. Advertising or selling of materials during or after a workshop is not allowed unless an exhibitor space is purchased (offered for 1/2 the exhibitor fee) Children under 16 are not permitted at the symposium (including infants and toddlers (either handheld or in carriers) Workshops are not secured until approval and a signed agreement is returned to MEPI.
