The purpose of this agreement is to confirm the services to be rendered for the wedding party along. This agreement must be completed and returned before the services will be scheduled and the time will be reserved. All bookings are on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and a deposit to secure them.

When you come for your trial please bring:

Your headpiece if relevant • Pictures of makeup styles that you like • A digital camera or mobile phone with camera capabilities • A picture of your dress • An outfit with a neckline that mimics your wedding day outfit.
