Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2022 Indy Festival of Faiths. Vending activity at the Indy Festival of Faiths is carefully curated and limited to ensure the focus of the event remains celebrating central Indiana's religious diversity. Approval of vendor applications is at the discretion of the Festival Steering Committee. If accepted, the details below will ensure you are represented in event communications, appear in the program for the event, and can be placed appropriately in the event layout. Each vendor booth includes one table and two chairs. Vendors are encouraged to bring a sunshade and any materials needed to staff their booth. Each booth space will accommodate a 10x10 pop up sunshade. Stakes can be used in our location this year. Food Trucks are required to provide their own power and must offer a variety of vegetarian or vegan menu options to secure one of the two food vendor spaces at the Festival. Alcohol sales are strictly prohibited at the event. If you have any questions or special requests regarding your space, please share here.
Two Waste Stream Event
An overwhelming majority of traditions prioritize care for the natural world. At the Festival this year, we aim to have only two waste streams: compostable/biodegradable waste and recyclables. To that end, we ask that all vendors commit to minimal packaging. Food vendors must serve food using recyclable or biodegradable containers and utensils. We understand that this may slightly increase the price point of menu items.
Do you agree to minimize waste and use biodegradable containers and utensils (if applicable)?
