If you choose to use something other than your name and date of birth, be prepared to purchase a hard copy DL/ID to match. Your middle name is optional – provide only if you would like to have it displayed on your digital.

This address is ONLY for the purpose of creating your profile. When you get to the site, you will be looking for a house for sale. Choose a city that is at least TWO HOURS away from where you live (in the same state as your ID) that you have never lived in.

New Email Address

Do not provide any email address that was created prior to paying for your package. Go to www.gmail.com or www.outlook.com and create a brand-new email address. If you are asked to verify the Gmail account, look at the bottom of the window and choose to skip for now. If that option is not available, save time and go straight to Outlook, where it should not be requested. We do not need the password to the email – only the email address itself.

As with the email address, do not provide any number that was created prior to paying for your package. Go into your app store and locate an app called TextNow or Talkatone. Follow the prompts and generate a new phone number.

Profile and docs will be ready within 5/7 Business days of your order being picked up from the que, Profiles with Tradelines can take 15-45 Days to be completed in cases of high volume this may be extended if so you will be notified.
