Application form for the 50th Regional Restoration Camp

Please complete this application form fully and honestly by filling it in directly online. Only fully completed applications will be considered.

*Due to participants’ many nationalities, English is the official language of the Camps. In order to assess the English language ability of participants, CHwB Albania will hold pre-arranged online interviews with randomly selected applicants via telephone or Skype.

Please include with this application a recent letter of recommendation from someone who knows you well and can recommend you and your work. The best recommendation letter comes from someone who has taught, supervised or worked with you at your respective institution (university faculty, employer, etc.). The letter must not be more than 6 months old.

Fees & Scholarships: The fee for participation in the Camps is 900 euros. This fee will cover tuition, on-site accommodation with breakfast, camp materials and tools, emergency health insurance and planned excursions. 

For all accepted applicants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, and Serbia, there will be a scholarship to cover the costs of the Camp. The scholarship will pay the full 900 Euro fee.

Participants will be responsible for travel to and from the Camp locations, as well as compliance with the respective country's legislation on Covid-19 situation. Those costs are not included in the participation fee***

For all accepted applicants from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, and Serbia, there will be a scholarship to cover the costs of the Camp. The scholarship will pay the full 900 Euro fee.

The Regional Restoration Camp will be organized in accordance with the local sanitary restrictions.

In the event of an epidemic outbreak and depending on the local sanitary restrictions, the organizers reserve the right to report the activity or transform it into a fully digital edition.

The selected international participants should monitor constantly, consider carefully and organize according to the national restrictions on travel, entrance and stay in Albania and Greece.
