Black Writers Read ~ Guest Consideration Form

Thank you for expressing interest in being a guest on Black Writers Read. Launched in the summer of 2020, Black Writers Read is a virtual platform that celebrates the work, words, and literary traditions of the African Diaspora. Authors join us to either announce a forthcoming project or during a book tour. Existing as both a live-streamed series and audio podcast, Black Writers Read features one guest per episode. The format of each episode including the guest reading excerpts of their work and an interview with our producer and host, Nicole M. Young-Martin. Each season runs from September through June with each episode lasting for around one hour. The live-streamed episode airs first with the audio from the episode shared on the podcast a few weeks afterwards.
