Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that this is an application for adoption from Cats of Westwood Rescue, that it is not a contract between myself and CWR and that it does not guarantee placement of a cat/kitten in my home.

I agree to pay the current adoption fee (posted in the Adoptions page of website) if approved for adoption

I acknowledge that if approved for adoption from Cats of Westwood Rescue, I will need to sign an Adoption Contract and pay the full adoption fee (posted on our Adoptions page) before I can assume custody of the pet I’m applying for.

I acknowledge that all application approvals are conditioned as Cats of Westwood Rescue, the adopters, will not allow an animal go to a home that is not a good match for said animal and while I may be a good match for some animals, there are others I may not be a good match for and that Cats of Westwood Rescue reserves the right to deny my adoption for any reason at any time (even if I’ve adopted from them in the past)
