Partner Teams

We have several partner teams. It may be spouses who work together, siblings, friends, or other relationships. They work together as one advisor. Only 1 SSN/EIN is reported on the 1099. It is the responsibility of the team to have an agreement between them on how they will handle any expenses, profits, and taxes related to their partnership. The agency does not get involved with these aspects. We will report the income, as required on the 1099 using the SSN/EIN that was submitted on the W-9 for the partner team. Please be sure to complete the next section for your partner.

We are asking our applicants to choose only one specialty to start with. This is the specialty that you will initially focus on during the onboarding program when you are offered a position in the onboarding program.

We recommend that you choose a specialty with which you have significant personal travel experience.

We expect the onboarding program to be no more than 90 days, and this will help to ensure that the program can be completed in this time.

Once you complete the onboarding program, have been offered a contract, and have started, you may take additional professional development in order to add additional specialties. Training programs with the suppliers must be completed in order to become specialized in that supplier/ niche.

Personal travel experience is a requirement, as we believe firsthand travel experience is important when helping clients plan their vacations.

- Hotel, resort, cruise ship, or other accommodations

Interview Information:

If you meet our requirements, you will be invited to do an interview via Zoom with the agency owners. We will invite you with our scheduling tool and you will be able to choose a day/ time that works for you.

We do ask that if you feel that you are not able to complete your interview, that you please cancel the appointment via the link that you get in your email. You do have the option to cancel or reschedule in those emails.
We do ask that if you sign up for an interview that you cancel if you cannot attend. There is an option on the email to cancel or reschedule.
