I understand that Taekwondo is a full contact sport/activity. Even though injury is rare, there exists the remote chance of accident. Knowing this, I voluntarily accept the risks of injury however remote. I indemnify The Taekwondo Association of Barbados and its supporting consultants of any responsibility for liability, loss or risk, personal or otherwise, which may be incurred as a result, directly or indirectly, of the application of this event/seminar.
