As specified from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Consists of a combination of at least one (1) primary identification document and one (1) secondary identification document.

Primary identification documents (70 points each) include:
- Current AHRPA Registration
- Birth Certificate
- Citizenship Certificate
- Current Passport
- Expired passport that was not cancelled and was current within the preceeding two (2) years
Secondary identification documents (40 points each) must include your full name, and your photograph or signature. Documents include:
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Identifiction card for an Australian public employee
- Identification card issued by the Commonwealth, a State or Territory as evidence of entitlement to a financial benefit
- State or Territory issued personal identification card
- Student card issued by an Australian tertiary education institution

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Prior to/at induction, all employees are to visit the following website and complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check application.

When applying, employees need to use the following NDIS Provider Number to ensure they have chosen AmeCare as their listed agency:
