Thank you so much for your interest in my work! Please note appointments are limited & I am currently booking for the Fall/Winter 2025

Projects will be taken on as I have time for them.

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all appointments, it will be applied to the price of your tattoo. Deposits are not transferable and non-refundable.

When I have the opportunity for more appointments, I will send you an email that I've accepted your request; then make an estimate on how many appointments we need to complete your project based on what you've put on this form.

After I recieve a deposit, we can email about dates/times to begin this project. If you do not hear back from me, it is usually that enough information was not provided in the request form, so please answer the questions to the best of your ability.
