REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY, AUGUST 21st
The Little Hands on the Farm Exhibit is an excellent opportunity for FFA members to advocate for the agriculture industry in Utah. Each shift requires 20 volunteers to facilitate the exhibit, which is comprised of several individual booths and exhibits. Chapters will receive admission tickets for each student who volunteers as well as enough parking passes to accommodate your modes of transportation. The Fair will also provide each student a $10 food voucher. Gas reimbursement of $100 for any chapter traveling 75-99 miles one way (one reimbursement per chapter); $150 for any chapter traveling over 100 miles one way (one reimbursement per chapter).
Chapters that can fill entire shifts (bring 20 students) will be scheduled first. Multiple chapters will be able to sign up per shift to allow for as many chapters to have the opportunity to volunteer as possible, as well as ensure that there are enough volunteers for all exhibits. This will also help alleviate small chapters who may not be able to bring the ideal number of 20 volunteers. If you would like to request to combine with another chapter to bring 20 students, please indicate in the space provided below and you will be contacted directly for scheduling.
Morning Shifts: 9:00 am-3:15 pm
Afternoon Shifts: 3:00 pm-9:00 pm
