STARS Scholarship Application

Given the rising transportation costs during the summer of 2022, STARS was awarded a generous one-time grant to help provide financial assistance towards transportation costs for participants who wish to attend STARS SCI Adult Wellness Retreat. Travel reimbursement will cover up to 50% of travel costs to Steamboat Springs with a maximum of $500 per individual.

To be considered for travel reimbursement, participants must submit a travel reimbursement application prior to the first day of participation and then travel receipts for reimbursement after the travel has commenced. Travel reimbursement will be provided via check within 3 weeks of completion of camp.

Submitting this application does not guarantee a reimbursement. Copy of travel/mileage receipts are required for reimbursement.

*Standard IRS reimbursement rate will be considered for individuals traveling via personal vehicle.
