Program Eligibility:

• Applicant must be aged 18-25.
• Have a High School Diploma or Equivelant.
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Has at least 6+ months of work experience.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Orangewood Foundation is able to provide young adults with programs because of the financial support of caring donors in the community. I also agree to notify Orangewood Foundation if my contact information changes after submission of this application. 

The Lyon Workforce Academy is designed to help you be successful.

You will need to attend workshops and job training sessions to prepare you for employment.

You must be prepared to accept part-time or full-time work depending on the company you are matched with.

You will meet with a Youth Employment Specialist weekly for the first 6 months.

The program is a year long program.
